Why did Roche look for help with brand experience?

 They needed a theme to inspire and empower their people for 2025, including developing a conference brand, assets and bringing it to life in every way for the annual kick off.

How do we fit into the picture?

We were asked to set a new standard of team engagement - focused on attendee experience, the most positive environment to learn and collaborate with the wider team(s). From concept to execution, our team crafted an immersive experience, delivering: 

- A bold conference brand and theme 

- Creative styling that set the tone 

- Engaging screen content and production 

- Seamless way-finding, greenery and coordination
